We don’t believe in innovation. We believe in peaceful personal disruption

Peaceful Personal Disruption is the radical change of the existing life that you are currently living. Disruption of the version of yourself that is not working, the old framework that never really fit. We look beyond innovating. We don’t want to build upon what we were. We disrupt more than what you eat and what exercises you do.  It is not just whole-life wellness but it is wellness for life.

Radical change from the existing you, means there is no going back. No missing the old you because it is no longer viable. You can’t unsee and un-be the new you.

Once the vision within is achieved there is no turning back.

Our Methodology

Tenet #1 — Primary Foods (Self Love)

Food that fuels you - relationships, career, spirituality, physical activity, and joy. These are primary foods and they help you live more of a more fulfilled life.

Tenet #2 — Secondary Foods

This is the food on your plate. Health is bio-individual and multidimensional, therefore one size does not fit all. Discover what secondary foods work for your health and wellness goals.

Tenet #3 — Say “Yes” to you

We often say: “I can’t do this”, “I am not ready to do that” Say yes to you. You can do anything. When you inspire yourself, you can inspire the world. Learn to live in the moment with joy as you reach for the stars. You deserve it.

Tenet #4 — Seize your vision. Set your path.

Peaceful personal disruption. Rid yourself of that “imposter syndrome”. You deserve to be in every circle and at every table. Wake up every morning with a motive for change and a hunger for success in all areas of your life and at work.
